Senior Site Manager Needed

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Manager to lead our team on a large residential development project in Central Dublin. This project involves the construction of a high-rise apartment complex with a duration of approximately 2 years.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have full responsibility for running the site and will report directly to our Contracts Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience working on similar projects in Ireland or the UK.

Key Requirements

  • Degree qualification or trade background
  • Minimum 7 years' main contractor experience in the UK or Ireland, with some experience working on housing or apartments projects
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good references
