Job Title: Building Services Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled engineer to manage building services. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all building services with other construction activities, from specification and procurement through to the installation, testing and commissioning of services in commercial, industrial, educational and healthcare buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate building services with other construction activities
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and programme
  • Prepare operational manuals and tender documentation
  • Assist in the preparation of detailed tender documents

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Candidates should have relevant qualifications and at least three years experience gained either with a building contractor or in a transferable field. Experience with relevant IT systems and knowledge of AutoCAD is required, as is the ability to work in teams, be organized self-starters and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
