Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Counter Balance Driver to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for safely operating counterbalance forklifts and other equipment to facilitate efficient storage and retrieval of goods.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be physically fit, and have a strong commitment to health and safety protocols.

In this role, you will work closely with our logistics team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, meet productivity targets, and maintain high standards of quality control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate counterbalance forklifts and other equipment safely and efficiently
  • Lift and move heavy loads with precision and care
  • Assist in receiving and dispatching goods, as required
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as needed
Qualifications and Skills
  • Counterbalance forklift operation experience (essential)
  • Reach trucks training (desirable)
  • Loading and unloading procedures (well-versed)
  • Motivated and physically fit individual (required)
