Job Overview:

The Panel Group is seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Global Regulatory Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing compliance strategies that meet regulatory requirements across the company's global regions.

About the Role:

  • Stay up-to-date with global and regional regulatory changes, particularly those related to privacy laws such as GDPR and CCPA.
  • Develop and implement compliance policies that align with regulatory requirements across the GCC, UK, US, and LATAM markets.
  • Lead internal audits and document compliance efforts to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with senior management to ensure alignment between compliance strategies and company goals.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for regulatory authorities and industry groups.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration with a Compliance qualification.
  • 4-6 years of experience working in a compliance, legal, or regulatory role, particularly in privacy and data protection.
  • Experience with compliance across multiple regions, especially the GCC, UK, US, and LATAM.
  • Ability to draft compliance-related documents, including terms & conditions and privacy policies.
