We are seeking an experienced Project Management Lead to join our team.

- You will be responsible for driving projects forward, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
- As a seasoned professional in this field, you will have a strong track record of delivering complex projects, managing cross-functional teams and building effective relationships with stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets and resource allocation.
- Leading and motivating project teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Coordinating with delivery managers to gather, review and present monthly status reports.
- Engaging with IT heads to ensure statements of work are accurately reflected in forecasts.
- Facilitating weekly forums where you will present initiations, review demand requests, validate charters and ensure resource allocation aligns with financial considerations.
- Reviewing and validating key documents to confirm all necessary resources, financials and strategic considerations have been thoughtfully addressed.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of autonomy and strategic thinking.
