About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join a team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results. As an HR/Talent Administrator, you will play a critical role in assisting employees and managers in all divisions to achieve business goals and objectives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administration support to the People & Organisation team while engaging directly with employees to complete entitlement requests and other relevant requirements.
- Ensuring timely and accurate data entry and updates in relation to employee records.
- Collaborating with the team to assist with the administration requirements of the company recruitment processes.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree or professional qualification in HR, e.g., CIPD, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-2 years administration experience, preferably in a busy HR, Financial, or Legal services team.
- Excellent IT skills, particularly in MS Office suite, electronic file management, and the ability to work with detailed Excel files.
