Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our Agribusiness Finance team in Charleville, Co. Cork. This is a full-time permanent role that requires strong administrative skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day administration tasks.
  • Processing cash book transactions and performing bank reconciliations.
  • Assisting the accounts payable department.
  • Processing invoices & credit notes.
  • Reconciling vendor accounts.
  • Dealing with vendor queries and requests in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Processing vendor payments.
  • Assisting other finance personnel in various tasks to meet tight deadlines when the need arises.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 3 years' experience in an office setting, preferably in an accounts administration role. You will also need excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise tasks, and be comfortable working independently. Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
