External Manufacturing Drug Substance Site Leader

Our organization is seeking an experienced leader to fill a key role in external manufacturing drug substance management. As Site Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality drug substances at our various facilities across Belgium, Switzerland, and the US.
Some of your key responsibilities include:
- Leading cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining the highest quality standards
- Acting as a virtual general manager for assigned relationships, providing oversight and guidance to teams working on quality, EHS, manufacturing, science & technology, procurement, planning, and finance initiatives
- Collaborating with external partners and suppliers to drive innovation and process improvement
Requirements for this role include:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business, or life sciences)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, supply chain management, or a related field
- Proven track record of strategic leadership and partnership development
