Job Title: Senior Manager, External Manufacturing Synthetics Drug Substance Site Lead
\We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our external manufacturing network for synthetic drug substances. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, improving supply chain efficiency, and delivering high-quality products.
\Key Responsibilities:
\- Develop and execute strategies to shape the external network and drive business results.\
- Influence IMSC strategy by providing input on the external landscape and identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.\
- Assess partners' capacity and capabilities to support sourcing initiatives.\
- Lead partner assessment and new product implementation in coordination with cross-functional teams.
