Requirements:

  • Nursing Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in acute nursing in Ireland is required.
  • NMBI PIN Number: You must hold a valid NMBI PIN number.
  • CPR Certification: Current CPR certification is mandatory.
  • Patient Manual Handling: Valid patient manual handling certification is essential.
  • Elder Abuse Certificate: A valid elder abuse certificate is required.
  • Previous Employment References: Two previous employment references are necessary.
  • HIQA Standards Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HIQA standards is expected.
  • English Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, both written and oral, is required.
  • Hepatitis B Vaccination: Up-to-date Hepatitis B vaccination is mandatory.
