Your new role as a Van Driver will give you a work-life balance that puts you in the driver's seat.

We deliver moments that matter to our customers, and we need your help to make it happen. As a two-person delivery team, you'll be responsible for delivering everything from recliners to footstools in a safe and professional manner.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Complete all deliveries into customers' homes safely and efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with customers prior to delivery to ensure they know you're on your way.
  • Ensure furniture is delivered to the room requested by the customer and that we do not leave any rubbish behind.
  • Represent company values in every interaction.
  • Work with your team and senior managers to provide feedback and improve service standards.
  • Conduct daily inspections of allocated vehicles and equipment, reporting any defects or missing items immediately.
  • Comply with driving laws and company policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to work as part of a supportive two-person team.
  • Held a valid driver's licence for 12 months with less than 6 points.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable installing and lifting heavy furniture in different home settings.
  • Takes pride in their work and prioritizes safety.
