Warehouse Professional Job Description

This role involves the receipt, storage and distribution of goods. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, receiving and processing orders, and staging products for delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain receiving, warehousing and distribution operations.
  • Ensure orderly production and distribution of products by pulling orders from inventory, delivering production materials and supplies where needed, and staging finished product to final destination.
  • Contribute to the orderly operation of stock and/or materials storage area.
  • Assist in team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Physically transfer items to and from bin locations.
  • Regularly cycle count inventory, unloads, and performs physical count and initial inspection of items received, assist in year-end stock count.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse.
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures on the job.
  • Verify RAW oil weight entering and leaving production rooms.
  • Locate and pack materials for shipping.
  • Help with loading of outgoing shipments.
Required Education, Skills and Experience:
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is essential.
  • Previous experience operating a forklift.
  • SAP knowledge is advantageous.
  • Must be flexible with working hours.
  • Positive attitude and work ethic.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with prioritizing and meeting multiple deadlines.
  • Process improvement mindset.
  • Knowledge of inventory control.
  • Ability to lift heavy materials.
