About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Admin Assistant to join our team in Newry. As part of our Public Sector client's Home Care Team, you will be responsible for administering rotas, allocating duties, and ensuring that all Home Care Assistants are covered during their absence. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable company and develop your skills in administration.

You will be working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with a pay rate of £11.67 per hour. In return for your hard work, you will receive paid annual leave, weekly pay, and inclusion into our company pension scheme.

Main Tasks:
  • Administering rotas and allocating duties
  • Ensuring Home Care Assistants are covered during their absence


What We Need From You:
  • 4 GCSEs at grade C or above (including Maths and English)
  • 1 year's experience in administration
