Mental Health Nursing Development Specialist

As a Nursing Practice Development Coordinator in Mental Health, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Area Director of Nursing in their overall management of Mental Health Services.
- Lead and support the continued development of Mental Health Services to participate in meeting HSE policy objectives for Mental Health Services.
- Facilitate a continuous process of improvement in the delivery of healthcare services that promote increased effectiveness in person-centred care.
Key aspects include transforming the culture and context of care through systematic approaches, continuous evaluation, development, implementation, and monitoring of nursing practice in patient care delivery.
The initial location of this post is at Phoenix Care Centre, North Circular Road, Grangegorman, Dublin. The role may be part of a panel covering the whole North Dublin Area Community Mental Health Services.
