Job Title: Customs Compliance Manager
We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee all customs compliance and clearance activities within our operations in North Dublin.
This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring all import and export processes are handled in accordance with Irish, EU, and international regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all customs clearance processes for imports and exports.
- Ensure full compliance with all customs laws, regulations, and documentation requirements.
- Liaise with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee and review tariff classifications, duty payments, and declarations.
- Maintain accurate customs records and prepare reports for management.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
Our ideal candidate will have proven experience in a customs management or senior customs role, strong knowledge of Irish, EU, and international customs regulations, and familiarity with tariff codes, duty rates, and customs clearance software.
The successful candidate will also possess excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, as well as strong communication skills for dealing with both internal teams and external authorities.
They should be able to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
