A high-profile multi-unit apartment development in South Dublin is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Development Manager to oversee the delivery of this project.
About the Opportunity:This is a key leadership role with responsibility for the end-to-end management of a large-scale residential project, from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
- Oversight of planning, coordination, and execution of all construction activities on site.
- Management of project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet agreed milestones.
- Liaison with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and local authorities.
- End-to-end management of a large-scale residential project.
- Oversee the delivery of a high-profile multi-unit apartment development.
- Work closely with the development, design, and site teams.
- Minimum 7 years experience in a senior management role within residential or mixed-use developments.
- Proven track record managing large-scale apartment or multi-unit developments from start to finish.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
We are looking for someone who has strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and planning processes, excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills, as well as proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Primavera).
