Job Overview
Main ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking an experienced Senior Development Manager to oversee the delivery of residential apartment projects in Dublin's James Street area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in managing residential sites, particularly apartment blocks, and experience working in tight, city centre locations.
- To lead site activities on residential apartment projects from conception to completion.
- Manage subcontractors and site staff to ensure smooth project progression.
- Coordinate deliveries and site logistics in a busy city centre environment.
- Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations and quality standards.
- Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and suppliers to maintain clear communication and project timelines.
- Proactively resolve any issues that arise to minimize delays.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential apartment projects.
- Able to work effectively in confined and busy city centre sites with excellent site logistics skills.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Possession of relevant construction qualifications is desirable but not essential.
