  • Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the daily activities of a large-scale residential development project in Southwest Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.">
  • Main Responsibilities: ">

  2. Liaise with Project Managers and Senior Management on residential and commercial projects">
  3. Manage site activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, building regulations, and statutory requirements">
  4. Monitor construction quality, workmanship, and materials, maintaining accurate records on document control systems">
  5. Supervise subcontractors effectively and maintain thorough site records, including site diaries">
  6. Liaise with Clients and Design Teams as required">)

  • Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 10 years relevant experience managing large-scale residential and commercial projects; Full Irish Driving Licence; Valid Safe Pass & Manual Handling certification; Strong IT skills, proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and experience with construction document control systems (e.g. Procore)">
  • Skills and Qualities: Excellent communication and leadership skills, strong work ethic, team-focused approach, and proven track record of successful project delivery">
