Airline Disruption Specialist

Ryanair Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled professional to join their Customer Service team as an Airline Disruption Specialist.
This role offers an exceptional opportunity to work with Europe's largest airline group, supporting the growth of over 800 aircraft and 300 million guests per year.
The successful candidate will be responsible for improving the flow of information and compiling evidence related to flight disruptions, ensuring seamless communication between Customer Service and Operations teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Classifying flights based on disruption circumstances, available evidence, and CJEU/National Court interpretation of Reg. EU/261.
- Collaborating closely with Operations Control Centres in Dublin and Warsaw to prepare and organise evidence reflecting decision-making processes and measures taken to support customers.
- Cooperating with external law firms to address barriers to success and maximise court success rates.
- Engaging with other operational teams to ensure a panel of suitable individuals can attend court as required.
- Supporting Customer Service Agents and external legal teams handling claims, overseeing compliance with internal policy and litigation procedures.
Requirements
- 1+ years' experience in Operations, Newskies, or Flight Disruptions-related positions.
- Ability to understand, interpret, and explain evidence materials and complex matters related to flight operations.
- Understanding of Ops and CS Booking systems; knowledge of internal Ryanair tools would be beneficial.
- Some legal background or experience with Regulation EU 261/04 and Reg. 1107/2006 would be advantageous.
