Job Title: Brand Developer Fixed Term Contract

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Brand Developer to join our team on a fixed-term contract basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and generating new distribution and volume by creating and leveraging relationships with regional accounts.

About the Role
  • This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and experience in brand development and account management.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including rapport building, influencing and negotiation. Good organisational and planning skills are also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain and generate new distribution and volume by creating and leveraging relationships with regional accounts.
  2. Completion of predetermined quantity of outlet visits per week aligned to client KPIs.
  3. Achieve a predetermined minimum quantity of visit New Distribution Points aligned to client KPIs.
  4. Negotiation and maintenance to increase distribution of new and existing products aligned to the client KPIs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, including rapport building, influencing and negotiation.
  • Good organisational and planning skills.
  • Analytical, able to interpret sales data.
  • Self-motivated with a flexible and pro-active approach.
  • Administration and organisational skills.
  • IT literate.
  • Previous retail, food service, and/or FMCG sales experience desirable but not essential.
