Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute omnichannel launch marketing campaigns.
  • Support project management and risk mitigation, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and objectives.
  • Lead the development of audience-first campaigns, focusing on product truth and value proposition.
  • Design launches for customer engagement, ensuring clear post-launch nurture and adoption pathways.
  • Drive alignment across stakeholders, balancing competing priorities and ensuring business objectives are met.
  • Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, providing clear and actionable messaging.
  • Contribute to scalable launch GTM playbooks, capturing best practices and driving process improvement.
  • Monitor program performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Develop and standardize marketing launch dashboards and measurement processes.
  • Facilitate content template development, audience segmentation, messaging alignment, and milestone management.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, team communications, and knowledge-sharing systems.
Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • 8-10 years of marketing experience, specializing in digital and integrated marketing or project management.
  • A degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent project management skills.
  • The ability to build strong partnerships with internal and external teams.
  • Experience using data to drive decision-making and drive clear outcomes.
