As a leader in manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for overseeing high-volume production processes to ensure timely delivery and maintain a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate teams to achieve production goals while ensuring a healthy work environment.
  • Ensure strict compliance with quality standards, regulations, and company procedures.
  • Identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency, save costs, and maximize equipment usage.
  • Collaborate with various departments to maintain high standards and solve production-related issues.
  • Manage budgets, production forecasts, and adapt to changes in production requirements.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably in unionized environments.
  • Experience in operations management where you have led the department.
  • Strong understanding of lean principles, compliance regulations, and high-complexity production systems.
  • Proven ability to manage people and adapt to changing demands.
  • Key skills: Collaborative, Innovative, Agile, Forward Thinking, Strong People Manager, Passionate.
