The supply chain planning function is crucial for the success of our operations. As a Supply Chain Planner, you will play a key role in developing and executing strategies to optimize inventory levels, minimize stockouts, and reduce lead times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supply Chain Strategy Development: Develop and execute supply chain strategies to meet customer demand and drive business growth.
  • Demand Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts to inform inventory decisions and minimize stockouts.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure timely delivery of products to customers while minimizing costs.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of goals and objectives, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. You should also have experience working with MRP/ERP systems, particularly SAP.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in supply chain planning and execution.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in an appropriate Technical or Business Discipline.
  • Certification: APICS (Desirable)
