Job Summary

  • We are seeking a skilled Employment Solicitor to join our team at an international law firm in Dublin.

About the Job

The role will involve a mix of contentious and non-contentious work, including litigation, advisory services, and corporate support.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Employment Solicitor looking to work on high-quality cases with leading clients.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide employment law advisory and support on contentious matters.
  2. Act on employment litigation cases, including tribunal hearings, discrimination, and unfair dismissal claims.
  3. Advise on corporate support, including employee contracts, TUPE regulations, and redundancy processes.
Requirements
  1. 1-6 years post qualification experience in employment law with experience in litigation and advisory work.
  2. Strong client management skills and ability to provide clear legal advice.
  3. Knowledge of corporate employment law and experience in handling both contentious and non-contentious matters.
