Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the Compliance and Risk Officer position. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in corporate governance, law, regulatory compliance, risk, and assurance.

The successful candidate will provide key support to relevant colleagues in relation to compliance reporting, maintain governance arrangements, and operate in line with Company Risk Management policies and procedures. They will also prepare risk management reports, deliver risk management training, and promote a culture of openness and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for compliance reporting

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years' experience of working within the field of corporate governance, law, regulatory compliance, risk, and/or assurance
  • Experience of leading cross-department projects to improve and develop structures that support compliance, risk, data protection, and governance management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across various management levels
  • Understanding of Data Protection legislation
  • Able to project plan and coordinate others to achieve deadlines
