About this Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage our industrial cleaning operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and compliance across multiple client sites.

This role involves close collaboration with senior management to guarantee that facilities are clean, safe, functional, and compliant with relevant legislation and client standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Industrial Cleaning Operations: Plan and execute daily industrial cleaning services across multiple client locations; supervise cleaning teams to maintain high standards and ensure adherence to service contracts; schedule staff, deploy equipment, and manage cleaning supply logistics efficiently; conduct regular site inspections and audits, promptly addressing non-compliance or service issues.
  • Health, Safety & Compliance: Ensure all cleaning and property operations adhere to statutory requirements under Irish health and safety legislation; conduct regular safety checks, audits, and walk-throughs across sites; log and escalate hazards, incidents, and near-misses appropriately.
  • Risk & Performance Management: Carry out risk assessments for both industrial and accommodation environments; document findings, implement control measures, and support continuous improvement; track operational performance metrics, maintenance resolutions, and service quality indicators.
Requirements
  • Fully qualified driver required due to travel between multiple sites.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in industrial cleaning, facilities management, or property operations.
  • Proven supervisory experience managing teams in a contract-based environment.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities; effective leadership and people management across dispersed teams.
Working Conditions
  • Flexibility in working hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Some physically demanding tasks and work in industrial or emergency accommodation settings.
