Job Description:

Title: Industrial Cleaning Operative (Window Cleaning Experience Essential)

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours:Flexible 40 hours per week

Rate of pay: From €15.60 per hour, depending on experience

Location: Multiple sites. Nationwide travel may be required occasionally

This role is with Ailesbury Services, now proudly part of the Samsic Facility Group following our acquisition on 31st March 2025.

Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Ailesbury Services for an Industrial Cleaning Operative with window cleaning experience to join our Industrial Division.

The successful candidate must be flexible and able to travel to and from assigned sites where work is scheduled.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a range of specialist cleaning tasks including deep cleaning of facilities, carpet cleaning, window cleaning (using both traditional methods and pole wash systems), deep cleaning of catering areas, biohazard cleaning, pressure washing and external works.
  • Conduct tasks that may involve working at height in accordance with health and safety guidelines.

Requirements

  • Good command of English
  • Must be a team player and have the ability to work with a group of operatives on-site
  • Well presented with excellent personal hygiene

Preferred Experience

  • Proven experience in window cleaning (both traditional and pole wash systems)
  • Experience in a similar industrial cleaning role is advantageous
