Job Overview:

Vardis Cleaning is seeking an experienced cleaning operations professional to oversee and manage multiple cleaning contracts.

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

Contract & Client Management

  • Manage multiple cleaning contracts, focusing on quality standards and client satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and service requests.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high-quality cleaning services.

Staff Scheduling & Payroll

  • Develop and manage daily schedules for office cleaning teams.
  • Optimize industrial cleaning schedules, enhancing workforce efficiency.
  • Process payroll for all cleaning staff, ensuring accurate timekeeping and labor law compliance.
  • Track and manage staff attendance, overtime, and leave requests.

Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations, including COSHH guidelines and risk assessments.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely stock replenishment and equipment maintenance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance cleaning efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in the cleaning industry.
  • Payroll processing and staff scheduling expertise.
  • Strong understanding of cleaning industry regulations and quality control measures.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cleaning management software.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
