Job Title:

Pharmaceutical Cleaning Operations Manager

Job Description:

The key role of this position is to manage and oversee the daily cleaning operations on site, ensuring all areas are maintained at the highest standard. This includes planning and executing schedules in line with site needs and requirements, supervising all activities, and being a point of contact for all GMP related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day cleaning operations, ensuring all areas are kept clean and tidy
  • Plan and execute schedules in line with site needs and requirements
  • Supervise and monitor all cleaning activities
  • Be a point of contact for all GMP related issues
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment is kept clean and well-maintained
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations
  • Administer payroll for establishment staff and maintain personnel records
  • Recruit, manage, induct, train, motivate, and appraise staff to promote good employee relations
Requirements:
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry advantageous but not essential
  • Strong COSHH knowledge
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • People management experience
  • Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience desirable
