Job Title: Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Cleaning Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in cleaning.



Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the cleaning team to ensure a spotless service.
  • Create a welcoming environment for clients, colleagues, and team members.
  • Have an eye for detail across corporate building restrooms, kitchen areas, and office spaces.
  • Keep teams safe with control of safety, sanitation, and training procedures.
  • Escalate any maintenance or repair needs as required.
  • Monitor cleaning supplies ensuring the team has what they need to uphold squeaky-clean standards.


Requirements:
  • Previous leadership experience is an asset but a strong cleaning background and enthusiasm for progression is key.
  • Able to lead by example and communicate clearly with the team.
  • A proactive attitude willing to adapt to changing cleaning priorities and support the team as required.
