- Key responsibilities include owning and maintaining 'Monitoring Issues' for specific countries;
- Entering regulatory and supporting sources into our online knowledge management system;
- Drafting clear summaries on key details in legal texts, taking into account clients' needs and products;
- Conducting research in response to customer queries;
- Liaising with R&D teams in researching new content areas;
- Assisting in drafting high-quality news updates, whitepapers, and webinars related to regulatory developments.
