Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage our financial operations. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires strong attention to detail and a passion for finance.

About the Role:

  • Process invoices and accounts receivable to ensure timely payments from customers
  • Track payments and follow up on overdue accounts
  • Manage customer payments and credits accurately and efficiently
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure alignment between financial records and customer activity
  • Maintain accurate financial records and update accounting systems regularly
  • Provide reporting on receivables, outstanding balances, and customer payment trends

Key Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in financial operations, accounts receivable, or customer-facing roles
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
  • Proficiency with accounting software and IT systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment
