Job Responsibilities
  • We are looking for a Senior Paralegal who will support category attorneys in providing legal guidance throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • The role involves reviewing marketing and advertising materials, supporting business teams on marketing-related claims, and collaborating with the Regulatory & Quality attorney to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Additional responsibilities include assisting in business development activities specific to the category, developing and implementing data strategies, managing projects, and conducting legal research as required.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Paralegal qualification or corresponding work experience as a broad-based Paralegal.
  • Excellent project and matter management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing and advertising law.
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Proven track record in delivering results and managing complexity.
