Facilities Operative Role

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Operative to fill this full-time position.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine inspections of the facility's premises, encompassing office spaces, communal areas, and production facilities.
  • Maintain the external grounds of the facility, including gardening tasks.
  • Perform minor repairs and coordinate with external contractors as needed.
  • Manage and replenish supplies and inventory.
  • Respond promptly to any facility-related issues or concerns.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Document maintenance activities accurately and thoroughly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a similar facility or maintenance role.
  • Background in a regulated environment is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical components.
  • Aquaintance with GMP, ISO 13485, or similar quality standards is an asset.
