Service Technician Specialist

This opportunity enables professionals to work with a rapidly growing team that supports leading pharmaceutical clients in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reliable System Operation: Conduct regular maintenance and repairs of installed systems, ensuring optimal performance.
  • New Equipment Installation: Commission new equipment, including conducting tests, calibrations, and troubleshooting for system optimisation.
  • Customer Relations: Foster positive relationships with clients, delivering tailored solutions and meeting their specific needs.
  • Documentation: Prepare detailed reports on service activities, technical feedback, and compliance records.
  • Training & Feedback: Provide technical training to clients and facilitate the exchange of customer feedback for future product development improvements.
  • Compliance Adherence: Ensure all operations adhere to relevant regulatory standards and health and safety guidelines.

The ideal candidate holds a degree or diploma in Marine, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (or related fields) and has hands-on experience working with pumps, motors, valves, and instrumentation.
