Role Description

Our client is a leading expert in wet bench design and a trusted global provider of wet process and precision cleaning technology solutions for the semiconductor, biomedical, and other clean industries. This is a contract remote role for a Field Service Technician. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and repair service issues on equipment in the field in a timely manner, perform start-up on tools at customer's site and provide customer's training. Perform customer retrofits in the field and PLC programming when required

Qualifications

  • PLC training, chemical engineering degrees, and wet bench experience.
  • Technical troubleshooting and repair skills
  • Customer support and training skills
  • Experience in documenting service reports
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Relevant technical certifications or experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience
