Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced developer to join our team on a temporary basis. As a maternity cover, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas) to meet business requirements.
  • Automating workflows and business processes via Power Automate (Flows), including approvals, notifications, and data orchestration.
  • Building and customizing SharePoint Online sites—including lists, libraries, forms, web parts—and integrating them with Power Platform solutions.
  • Integrating Power Platform solutions with external systems and services using APIs, and custom connectors.
  • Collaborating with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
  • Providing ongoing support and maintenance for existing Power Platform and SharePoint solutions, including troubleshooting and enhancements.
  • Ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and follow best practices—including governance, version control, and performance optimization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online.
  • Demonstrable skills in SharePoint development, including customization, workflows, and integration within SharePoint Online.
  • Experience with Power Platform integration, using tools and languages such as Power Query (M), Power Fx, Dataverse, and custom connectors.
  • Proficiency in API integrations, service connectors, and third-party system interfacing as part of solution development.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
