We are seeking an experienced project manager to work closely with our software development teams. This hybrid role blends project management and product ownership, ensuring delivery of high-quality software solutions while maintaining a strong focus on backlog management, technical debt, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, track, and deliver software projects on time and within scope.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
  • Provide clear and timely reporting on project status to stakeholders.
  • Own, refine, and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders and development teams.
  • Balance new feature development with managing technical debt and maintenance.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
Team Collaboration:
  • Work directly with developers, testers, and DevOps engineers to ensure clarity of requirements and priorities.
  • Act as the key point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Foster a collaborative, Agile environment focused on quality delivery.
Process & Continuous Improvement:
  • Champion Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) and drive improvements in delivery processes.
  • Ensure metrics and KPIs are in place to track progress and outcomes.
  • Proactively identify areas of improvement across people, process, and technology.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager/Product Owner or similar role in a software environment.
  • Strong background in managing software teams and projects end-to-end.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage product backlogs and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience balancing feature delivery with addressing technical debt.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
