At Social Care Ireland, we are committed to providing high-quality care and support services to individuals with complex needs. As a Social Care Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our service users receive the highest standards of education, training, development, and care.

Responsibilities:
  1. You will work closely with the Person In Charge to maintain high-quality care in accordance with HIQA standards and ensure strong governance of Designated Centres.
  2. Support service users to achieve their full potential by delivering education, training, and development programs aligned with our organisation's policies.
  3. Perform tasks required to contribute to the safety, health, and well-being of service users.
Requirements:
  1. A Level 7 Degree in Social Care or equivalent qualification is essential.
  2. Experience working with people with complex needs in diverse situations is highly desirable.
  3. Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and HIQA standards, with a proven ability to implement them effectively.
  4. Excellent IT skills and report writing abilities are necessary for this role.
  5. Flexibility and adaptability are key qualities required for success in this position.
  6. A Full Clean Driving License is also required.
Salary and Benefits:

Salary: €32,489.60 - €40,788.80 per annum, excluding Premiums.
