Senior Product Development Manager

This is a highly specialized role that involves coordinating and supporting new product development activities for large, moderately complex projects.
You will focus on catheter designs, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence in the field.
Key Responsibilities- Manage large-scale projects or processes, providing guidance, coaching, and training to other employees.
- Collaborate across teams to support PMO initiatives, including peer reviews, training, and review/update of harmonized procedures.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and decisions to stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resources, and budgets.
- Ensure adherence to design control requirements.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of medical device regulations, including IEC 60601, IEC 62304, ISO 14971, and ISO 13485.
- Experience with Microsoft Project and ProChain scheduling methodologies.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
