We are seeking a compassionate caregiver to join our team as a Personal Support Worker.

Job Summary:
  • This role involves providing support and assistance to residents with their daily living needs, including personal care, mobility, and meal preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the nursing staff in delivering high-quality care to residents.
  2. Build relationships with residents, family, and staff by being approachable, empathetic, and communicative.
  3. Promote residents' independence and dignity while maintaining their physical and emotional well-being.
  4. Participate in organizing social activities that cater to residents' interests and preferences.
Requirements:
  • FETAC Level 5 qualification in Healthcare or equivalent.
  • Experience working in healthcare is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional care and building strong relationships with residents, family, and colleagues.
