Job Title: Civil Engineering Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Civil Engineering Project Manager to oversee the delivery of civil engineering projects within the ESB sector.

  • This role involves managing and directing works on site, ensuring that foremen and operatives clearly understand the information provided.
  • You will review information from drawings, specifications, etc. to ensure clarity among stakeholders.
  • Conduct quality reviews on site regarding rebar, concrete placement, inspection test plans, and utility installations.
  • Direct subcontractors in some instances with regard to works to be carried out.
  • Prepare technical method statements and monitor and check setting out instruments and testing equipment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and direct site works, ensuring clear communication among team members.
  • Review project documents for accuracy and clarity.
  • Conduct quality control checks on site.
  • Direct subcontractors as required.
  • Develop and implement project management strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in civil engineering project management.
  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is desirable.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, ICE, or similar) would be an advantage.
