Global Patient Outreach Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Professional to spearhead the development and execution of Patient Recruitment and Retention strategies and tactics.
DutiesDesign and implement patient recruitment and retention activities on global, multi-tactic campaigns including the creation and review of materials, media outreach, community engagement, support centre management.
Lead and manage a team of support staff, overseeing day-to-day operations assignments and workforce allocation.
Provide strategic oversight of vendors, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness of deliverables with minimal supervision.
Coordinate patient recruitment and retention discussions with clients, including contract deliverables, budget planning, performance metrics.
Collaborate with the study team in an integrated model; liaise with Project Director, Project Manager, Clinical Trial Manager, study start-up, feasibility, regulatory, as required.
Work in partnership with other PRR delivery teams including AIS, ASR, and Concierge.
Develop a deep understanding of assigned protocol and lead coordination of patient recruitment strategy, with guidance.
Analyse recruitment reports and projections and make data-driven decisions to adjust strategy/tactics and achieve contracted goals.
Manage/oversee IRB/EC submissions, translations, and material production and distribution.
Provide feedback to management regarding the maintenance of effective levels of recruitment activities for each project.
Deliver campaign training to multiple audiences: sponsors, sites, internal team members.
Work closely with clinical teams to ensure lessons learned are documented and case studies developed.
Design, review, and execute Vendor Statement of Work (SOW) documents.
