Tendering and Sales Professional

We are looking for an experienced Tendering and Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for supporting our customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions for their projects.

Your primary responsibilities will include preparing and submitting tender proposals, leading technical and commercial negotiations with customers, and identifying potential risks associated with bids and quotations. You will also be responsible for collaborating with our interdisciplinary supporting team to ensure that all necessary information is collected and presented in a clear and concise manner.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in sales and tendering, ideally with experience in the industrial sector. A proven track record in leading tenders in international large project power system business is highly desirable. In addition, you will need to possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and cross-border environment.

The successful candidate will have a degree in electrical engineering or a related field, and a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and tendering. They will also be fluent in English and have excellent communication and presentation skills.
