This allows them to help their young people reach their full potential and give them a chance at a brighter future.
About the RoleWe are currently accepting applications from motivated professionals to work as part of a team in providing the necessary care to vulnerable young people within a residential service.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum level 7 qualification in Social Care or relevant equivalent, a full, clean manual driver's license (valid in Ireland), knowledge of the Irish National Standards in Children's Residential Centres, and be eligible to work in Ireland.
- Provide high-quality care and support to young people in a residential setting.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve the best outcomes for young people.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, colleagues, and stakeholders.
To be considered for the role, interested applicants must meet the following criteria:
