Multi-Counter Store Leader

A multi-counter manager position is available in a department store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer service, store profitability, team management, and store operations.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be accountable for driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining store standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Driving retail sales performance by achieving sales targets and coaching team members for better performance.
- Leading by example by achieving personal sales goals and monitoring individual performance of each beauty advisor.
- Training the team on customer service and sales techniques to improve performance.
- Maintaining commercial KPIs, understanding business trends, and proposing action plans to generate incremental sales.
- Creating daily/weekly action plans to animate the counter, motivate the team, and incentivize customers to visit the store.
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- Proven ability to drive amazing customer experiences and results.
- Ability to analyze and interpret figures and comment in sales and other reports.
- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to mediate and negotiate to resolve conflict and excellent problem-solving skills.
- A solid team-building track record with experience in training and coaching.
