Concrete Frames Supervisor Position

HML, a leading provider of groundwork and construction services, is seeking an experienced Concrete Frames Supervisor to join their team.

This permanent, full-time position is based in Dublin and requires a high level of expertise in managing sub-contractors, laborers, and onsite staff. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and leadership skills, as well as the ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints.

  • Management of sub-contractors, laborers, and onsite staff
  • Management and control of plant and equipment
  • Health and safety management
  • Compliance with building regulations and good practice
  • Maintaining accurate site records and paperwork
  • Providing regular updates on project progress to the Site Manager

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience working at Foreman/Site Manager level on large-scale projects, with a proven track record of success in civils construction. They will also possess excellent communication and reporting skills, as well as a full driving license.
