About the Position:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Financial Controller to oversee and mentor a small finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts and reports.
- Leading and mentoring a small team of finance professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Driving continuous improvement and growth across the organization.
- Preparing budgets and forecasts in conjunction with departmental managers.
- Business partnering and reporting to key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and development skills to lead a small team.
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
