Financial Leadership Opportunity

Our organization is seeking an experienced and strategic Financial Controller to lead our finance function during a period of significant expansion and transformation.

The successful candidate will report directly to the senior leadership team and oversee all aspects of group financial management, including:

  • Preparing monthly management accounts across all companies and divisions
  • Delivering weekly/monthly reports using Power Pivot and Power BI
  • Managing and mentoring a finance team of four
  • Leading costing and margin improvement projects
  • Partnering with Operations and Sales on commercial decisions
  • Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Managing working capital, including debtors and inventory valuation
  • Handling month-end and year-end processes with auditors

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • AACA / ACCA / CIMA qualification (or equivalent)
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior finance role
  • Strong commercial acumen with a hands-on approach
  • Proven leadership skills with a passion for developing people and processes
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with ERP implementation and Power BI is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across functions
