As Financial Controller, you will report directly to the senior management team and oversee all aspects of group financial strategy.


You will be responsible for ensuring robust reporting, managing and developing the finance team, and collaborating with operations and commercial leaders to drive profitability and performance.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly management accounts across all entities
  • Deliver weekly/monthly reports using advanced data analytics tools
  • Manage and mentor a finance team of four
  • Lead cost reduction and margin improvement initiatives
  • Partner with Operations and Sales on strategic business decisions
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Manage working capital, including debtor and inventory valuation
  • Handle month-end and year-end processes with auditors
  • Support ERP rollout and integration (Microsoft Business Central)

About You:

  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
  • 5+ years experience in a senior finance role
  • Strong commercial acumen with a hands-on approach
  • Proven leadership skills with a passion for developing people and processes
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with ERP implementation and data analytics is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across functions
